We only book through our website directly so there are no additional fees other than cleaning and pet fees. We are pet-friendly with permission since we are animal owners ourselves and know that your furry friend is part of the family experience too! Make sure to see the rates for pets. Strict rules are in place.

GENERAL POLICIES

  • $100 cleaning fee per cottage
  • Pets: Nonrefundable $100 deposit, $15 pet fee (per pet, per night)
  • 50% rental deposit (due at time of reservation)

  • Peak Season June, July and August, weekly only
